A) Commissions are paid in the amount of three percent (3%) of the net base price of home, which excludes lot, pool and upgrades. Suncor agrees to pay 50% of the commission at contract upon the following Conditions: Solid contract with no contingencies, 20% deposit paid and cleared, and proof of funds or financing commitment. The additional commission (50%) balance will be paid at closing.

B) All Commissions will be paid to the Real Estate Company provided that the client purchases within the registration period.

C) The undersigned acknowledges that in the event the purchase fails to close for any reason whatsoever, no commissions are earned and any advanced commission paid prior to closing, will be returned to Suncor within 5 business days.

D) Registration cannot be honored if the Buyers have visited the model homes or submitted an email or are in any way registered in the leads database by Suncor Communities prior to this registration.

E) Realtor/Broker must accompany and register prospects on the initial visit to the Sales Office.

F) Realtors/ Brokers registered on this form will be protected for a period of 6 months (180 Days) from the date of registration. Suncor may grant extensions upon request and any such extension shall be in writing.
